“Monster”

Norwich trio Fever Fever play a brand of noisy punk rock that was all the rage twenty years ago, sort of riot grrl-meets-Dischord, one that fits in well with this ’90s revivalist era that we’re in. Whilst we have our fair share of pretenders out there, there is something special and quite genuine about this group. The visceral energy and general dissonance emanating from tracks like “Teeth” and “Monster” may be exactly what pop music needs. Or if you follow the band on Twitter, it could also be Thurston Moore rapping “21 Seconds.”

The band plays Dalston, London on 06/04 at the Shacklewell Arms. Their latest single “Pins” is out now.
